Privacy:
Any information submitted through either Facebook, the Contact Us section of this website or through a purchase is only used for the intention of the submitter (answering a question or mailing out goods etc.) Your information is at NO TIME given to any third parties for any purpose whatsoever.

Ordering and Payment:
I will only commence your order once full payment is received. You can currently pay via Paypal (preferred) or a Bank Transfer (on the payment page it calls it a Wire Transfer because its a program from the US).  Regardless of which way you make your payment, I will email you on receipt of the payment and notify you of an updated timeframe in which your order will be filled.  In most cases I will have the order ready to ship to you between 5-10 working days.

Proofing:
For some items I will require you to approve a 'proof' of what the personalisation willl look like once it is complete.  Keep an eye out on your email for this 'proof' and reply quickly to prevent any delays with your order.
Shipping:
We currently only ship within Australia. There are no exceptions at this stage. All goods are shipped with Australia post regular mail. If you would like to discuss a higher form of postage (such as express) please contact us and we can discuss your options with you. It also must be noted that although we take the utmost care packaging your items, once they leave our premises they are subject to whatever might happen with Australia post. Delays etc. cannot be helped sometimes and it must be noted that Little Paper Parties cannot change this. You will receive an email they day your item ships.
